Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors/ suppliers.
- Responsible to expedite the delivery of products/materials and payment.
- To evaluate vendor/ supplier’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
- To resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors/ suppliers.
- To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance to the clients hence enhancing the relationships.
- To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.
- To develop, implement and review sales and marketing plans/ strategies to meet company’s sales objectives.
- To identity and explore new/related business opportunities to meet the sales productivity target.
- To provide support to the sales promotions and advertising campaigns to ensure that the returns for these investments and spend must be generating value and profitability.
- To develop and design promotional artwork and graphic designs and layouts for company marketing projects covering product packaging, promotion poster, banners, digital marketing artwork, E-commerce advertisement, website contents, and social media platforms.
- To provide support for development of marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- To work closely with team from Trading Division and Warehouse to ensure optimal inventory working capital, healthy product portfolio, zero product write-offs, no over-stocking and maximizing profitability.
- To provide support to research and determine the commercialization from concept to marketability of a new product or service, pricing and product placement, and test out the level of public interest for a new product or service.
- To prepare and analyze customer’s feedback from social media platforms for improvement and to response to build customer’s confidence and loyalty.
- Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent. For those candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in other disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Account, IT & etc.) who are interested in sales and marketing also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience is required.
- Sound knowledge and established network in oil palm. Experience knowledge in agriculture industry will be added advantage.
- Able to gather and evaluate sales and market information and making actionable recommendations.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong commitment, able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel whenever required.
- Position will be based in Semenyih and is required to attend meeting at HQ office in KL.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist and support Storekeeper on goods movement and storing activities in the warehouse.
- To pack the goods in accordance with the right quantity, size, lot number and good condition.
- To move all goods from storage area to loading area and provide tags and labels based on order requirement prior to the goods delivery to clients.
- To ensure proper housekeeping and preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- To send or collect any related goods/parcels/ documents.
- To assist any office related works when required.
- Able to work with a team and achieve the desired results and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM level with or without working experience.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to operate forklift is preferred.
- Good team work, hardworking & responsibility.
- Willing to work for 5.5 days a week.

- Responsible to conduct Stainless Steel & Mild Steel quality inspection for domestic and industrial projects
- Overseeing fabrication team members ie: welders
- To ensure the quality of work complies with the project quality plan requirement
- To carry out material receiving inspection
- Effective utilization of machinery, equipment, tools and consumables.
- Effective Control of manpower requirement and productivity.
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Able to communicate with Welding team and Project Engineers effectively
- To conduct visual inspection of weldment ensuring good workmanship
- To manage the safety of all production personnel and company assets.
- Comply with regulations to ensure safety and security of the warehouse and working areas

- Minimum Certificate (SK-3 programme) / Diploma (Metal Fabrication / Welding / Engineering / Construction Management) level with 3 years working experience.
- Certified Welder wiho is able to show/prove with welder ID, welder certificate and welding performance records is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate flexibility and is adaptable to change / multitasking
- Experience in the construction, oil & gas industry is an advantage
- Understand selection of welding materials/ type of consumables ie: electrodes and gas

- Have the skills on two mandatory welding processes (i.e., SMAW & GTAW), MAG & MiG welding (optional) and Oxy-Cutter with oxy-acetylene torches on carbon steel materials.
- Able to weld Stainless Steel & Mild Steel for domestic and industrial usage.
- Able to perform argon / accetylene / CO2 / Oxygen checks flow rates/ leak detection.
- Able to read engineering drawings, both P&ID and shop drawings.
- Capable to interpret the required welding parameters as per the relevant approved WPS.
- Able to communicate with Welding Supervisor/Inspector and Engineers effectively.
- Able to maintain / troubleshoot welding machines.
- To perform grinding, bevelling, cutting, drilling on welded steel materials ensuring good workmanship.
- Must be able to meet fabrication performance standards such as quality, workmanship and health & safety.
- To be able to perform field welding if necessary on domestic / industrial project sites.

Responsibilities
- Report to Senior Engineer on-site supervision matters
- Maintain the site diary as an accurate record of site events from day to day
- Conduct regular meetings with the contractors to monitor progress and address
- Prepare regular progress reports on the contract to the Engineer and the Employer on matters of progress, issues, expenditure etc
- Oversee the operation of the QA / QC Procedures to ensure quality is maintained
- Monitor and certify project expenditure
- Attend to contractors’ submissions and any recommended changes
- Responsible for planning and preparing necessary reports as required by the project
Requirements
- Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
- Those with experience in engineering design will have an added advantage
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Pro-active, self-motivated and results-driven
- Computer literate (i.e., Microsoft Office, AutoCad)
- At least 1 – 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
